How 135 Works with Tennis Federations

We believe that match data and ongoing player analysis should be a compulsory part of a federation’s goal for all aspirational tennis players in yellow ball programs.

Strength & Conditioning and/or Speed & Agility training has become compulsory in most full time tennis programs. Match analysis and reporting should be the same, which is why Tennis Canada and Active SG Singapore use 135.

135’s systems are the only systems in the world that can make that happen, and 135 is the only business of its type that has a policy of working through coaches only, for the benefit of all stakeholders.

On-Court Coach Education 

135 provides coach education through its Director of On-Court Integration, Andrew Sun. Andrew has visited sites all over the world and provides a seamless way in which 135 can be integrated into a federation’s program, whether as large as Tennis Canada, or smaller like Singapore. Andrew trains coaches to use “fact-based coaching” based on 135 data, either on-site or video calls.

TRAINING

Training is provided by 135's training team. At a minimum, this includes how to get the most out of 135's systems, consult to players, but also provides for the option of onsite training.

REPORTING

Reporting by groups of players as defined by you, eg by age group, by coach, by UTR band. Individual reports showing player progress over a defined period.

135 ASSIST

System of "assists" - pattern strengths and weaknesses displayed like never before.

PLAYER CONSULTS

135 has a specific method of consulting to players and parents which we train federations to use.

VIDEO & DATA FILTERING

Coaches and players can view match data and filter video using the 135 Analyzer.

Nicholas Scott

Analyst, Educator and presenter

Nick is a tennis coach and parent of a former top junior player. He is a co-founder of 135 Tennis Intelligence and the 135 Framework. Nick has worked with top 100 ATP and WTA players, college players and juniors of all levels as a coach and analyst, all using the 135 Framework to measure and develop player performance.

Aaron Robertson-Hodder

Software & systems DEVELOPMENT

Aaron is a co-founder of 135 Tennis Intelligence, the director of all 135's software development, and also a former tennis parent. Apart from the development of all 135 software, Aaron is responsible for the ongoing development and integration of the 135 Camera and 135's A.I. technology and integration.

Andrew Sun

Director, On-Court Integration

Andrew is a High Performance Tennis Coach with the highest level Tennis Australia qualifications and a degree in Sports Science. He was one of the first adopters of 135 in 2018 and is now an expert in assisting academies and federations integrate 135 into high performance coaching programs.

Our management team is ably supported by a four person Advisory Board, based in the US and Australia, and tennis partners around the world with an interest in developing well-informed, aspirational players.
