Proposed Academy Integration

Based on our recent discussion, this page outlines how 135 Tennis Intelligence could be implemented within your coaching program, with Foundation Profiling forming the starting point for player analysis, reporting and future service expansion.

What we are implementing

Match recording → Analysis → Player profiling → Ongoing update process

Matchplay (internal/external?) will be recorded and processed using the 135 framework and methodology, allowing player performance to be translated into clear Foundation Profiles, tactical direction and future development priorities.

This creates a structured starting point for (the coach/academy?), the player and the family, rather than relying on general impressions, scores and rankings.

135 Analyzer

Used by coaches to review player profiles, identify patterns, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and guide more informed development conversations.

135 App

Used by players, parents and coaches to record data in between formal reporting periods, allowing information to be uploaded for update purposes. Full explanation and training provided so that recorded data is consistent.

Reporting by Player & by Groups

Information by age group, gender, coach and rating band to help you (and your coaches?) provide fact-based coaching and shot sequence training from the earliest stages of competitive development.

Foundation Profile First

All players begin with a Foundation Profile. Only after that initial step can players and families decide whether they wish to access additional 135 services.

Starting point: In the first instance, players can only enter the 135 system through a Foundation Profile. This creates the player’s baseline and forms the basis for future updates, reporting, consulting and wider service involvement.

Delivery model

Option 1 — Academy-funded Foundation Profiles

The academy pays for the Foundation Profile of an agreed number of players as part of its overall player development program.

The standard reference point is USD $99 per player, with final pricing able to be negotiated depending on the number of players involved and the structure of the rollout.

This model allows the academy to embed profiling within its own program and position 135 as part of the value already being delivered to selected players and families.

Example: The academy selects 20 players for Foundation Profiles. At the standard reference point, this would normally equate to 20 × USD $99, with final pricing adjusted according to player numbers and agreed implementation structure.

Option 2 — Parent-paid with academy participation

The academy promotes the use of 135 to its players and families, including the benefits of player profiling and structured development support, but it is up to each individual family to decide whether to sign up and complete payment.

Under this model, the player or family pays USD $99 for the Foundation Profile. The academy then receives a percentage of that amount, with the percentage to be negotiated.

This allows the academy to support uptake of 135 without needing to fund the initial profiling directly.

Example: A family signs up for a Foundation Profile at USD $99 after being introduced to the 135 system through the academy. The academy receives an agreed percentage of that payment, with the exact share determined in advance.

Products & Pricing Framework

135's systems are built around a structured set of player analysis products that allow players to move from initial profiling into deeper analysis, reporting and ongoing development support.

Player profiling is recommended on a quarterly basis, creating a consistent cycle of benchmarking, review and progression over time.

Some elements of the 135 offering follow standardized global pricing, while others may be academy-specific depending on location, player numbers and the level of integration within the academy.

Player Consulting

Talking to players about their results and data is a specialized role. 135 has a specific method of consulting to players and parents, one that emphasizes clarity and confidence in the delivery. 135 can offer these services within your program or train a designated 135 coach within your program to provide this service, for which your academy is paid.

The goal of providing 135's services within your academy is to provide parents and players with a service that not only supports player performance like never before, but is at least cost neutral if not a profitable service for your academy.

135 Capture

Costs to the academy for 135 Capture are negotiable depending on player numbers and are structured at a reduced level compared to what parents are charged directly.

To maintain quality and consistency of implementation, 135 Capture systems are not sold independently without an academy relationship or an active parent/player engagement within the 135 system.

Your UTRs Powered by 135TI

If UTR events are held at (the academy?), selected matches can be filmed and data can be provided as part of the event entry fee.

Players receive access to their data and footage for 14 days. After that period, they can choose to join 135 formally by completing a Foundation Profile, which then creates the basis for longer-term profiling, reporting and access to additional services.

Example: A player competes in a UTR event at the academy. Their match is filmed, data is processed, and they receive temporary access to filtered footage and data for 14 days. If they want ongoing profiling and support after that point, they can move into the 135 system through a Foundation Profile.
