CLIENT AGREEMENT
Parties
You, the Client, agree to engage us (Gadget Tennis Pty Ltd, trading as 135 Tennis Intelligence) to provide the Services for the Fee.
Service
- Profiling of up to 8 players as soon as this Agreement is signed and footage is provided.
- Profile run-through of each player.
- Player profile updates throughout the Fall season.
- Unlimited match uploads to the 135 Analyzer.
- 36-hour turnaround of match data during the Spring season.
- Secure login access to individual and player data for coaches and players.
- Team reporting access available to coaches only.
- Match loading service – 135 will upload footage on your behalf if granted access to your footage provider
- Video “snapshots” of player data provided by your 135 Expert.
- 135 Assist data provided once systems can “read” home courts.

Terms of Use and Privacy
- All details of this Agreement are strictly confidential.
- This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with 135 Tennis Intelligence’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on this website. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
- Data recorded by 135 will never be sold or otherwise provided to another college, academy, or opponent without the express written consent of the Head
