Measuring development.
Informing what comes next.
A proposed continuation of the partnership between Tennis Canada and 135 Tennis Intelligence, providing Top Prospect Players with objective benchmarking, individual player intelligence and review sessions throughout the year.
A two-year term allows meaningful changes in player performance to be identified across multiple reporting periods.
Paid in three instalments during each year of service.
A clearer picture of player development
135 Tennis Intelligence helps players and coaches understand how match performance is developing, how it compares with relevant international benchmarks and which areas deserve the greatest attention.
The service supports Tennis Canada coaches with an additional layer of objective match intelligence while keeping player development firmly within the coaching environment.
A connected annual player intelligence program
Each element contributes to an ongoing record of the player’s match performance and development.
International benchmarking
Comparison with leading juniors from events including Tarbes, Orange Bowl, Auray and the World Junior Championships, together with previous Tennis Canada Top Prospect groups.
Top Prospect player analysis
Using the 135 Framework to measure player performance. We measure academic performance in students. 135 profiling measures matchplay progress in a similar way.
Match recording support
Access to 135 Cameras and extended battery systems to help families record suitable tournament footage for analysis.
Three annual Player Sessions
Individual consultations at consistent intervals, allowing player priorities and progress to be reviewed throughout the year.
135IQ access
Access to relevant development resources and initiatives that connect match intelligence with the player’s training environment.
135 App and self-review
Players can review and record their own match information, reinforcing the concepts discussed during their Player Sessions.
Every Player Session conducted by 135 Founder, Nick Scott
Every Top Prospect Player Session included in the partnership will be personally conducted by Nick Scott, Founder and Head Analyst of 135 Tennis Intelligence.
- Three individual Player Sessions for each Top Prospect Player during the year.
- Review of the player’s current profile and previous reporting periods.
- Discussion focused on no more than three immediate development priorities.
- Tennis Canada coaches, private coaches and parents included wherever available.
Built to organise match information around player development
The 135 Framework identifies patterns across serve (135), return (246) and long rally (7+) patterns and allows changes to be measured across repeated reporting periods.

Continuing to build the Top Prospect benchmark
A two-year continuation provides enough time to identify repeated patterns, measure meaningful development and strengthen the body of Canadian Top Prospect benchmarking available to Tennis Canada.
Objective intelligence. Personal delivery. Measurable development.
The continuation of the partnership would provide every Top Prospect Player with consistent measurement, international comparison and personal development guidance from 135 Founder Nick Scott.
As an additional component of the partnership, 135 proposes delivering a 135IQ Day during the Winter Nationals in March. Using the structure outlined on the linked page, the day would bring players, parents and coaches together for workshops, on-court learning, filmed match play and individual follow-up Player Sessions, connecting match intelligence directly with player development and the training court.
